Villa Tosca can accommodate up to 8 adults in four double rooms (beds can be divided in every room), each with en-suite bathroom composed of, shower, wash basin, W.C and bidet. There is an additional toilet and wardrobe area. The open plan living space offers a sofa area with satellite, smart T.V and electric fire, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob and washing machine.
The porch which runs around two sides of the villa offers a shady dining area with stunning lake views and barbeque, whilst the outdoor lounge area has equally good views and looks out over the pool and lake beyond.
The location is ideal for those who like to have amazing views, privacy, plenty of space and be very well positioned to get to the surrounding golf clubs, as well as visit the villages of Bardolino, Garda, Lasize & Caprino Veronese. Plus lots of cycle tracks around the beautiful countryside. Not to mention the 10-minute drive to the Roccavela boat yard, where you can have your boat put into the water and then keep it on the jetty or a buoy during your stay.
The motorway exit "Affi" is just 4.7km away, from there the A22 takes you north and south.

There are plenty of cycle routes, ideal for both road and off-road cyclists. It goes without saying that the countryside is beautiful for hiking.
Various water sports are on offer on lake garda from swimming, boat hire, water skiing, wake boarding, paddle boarding & pedalo hire. The norther part of the lake also offers, kite, surf, wind surf sail boating etc.
